i wish i could upload a picture so you could understand what im talking about. its not the effects or the emission, as i have tried turning off effects and changing the color of emission.

The emission on the blade's edge is customizable. So you can change it to the color you like or to black to disable it. (also the blade is separate from the sheath customization so check that out). If you are talking about the effect of the the mods on the weapon (like Toxin) you should be able to change the color but I don't think you can turn that off IIRC.

theres this ugly ass yellow light effect whenever i swing the nikana. is this intentional? because when i use a different nikana skin it is not there

do you still have files for this i want to try 3d printing a scale model. this has easily become my favorite melee in the game

I would love to do some sci-fi gun skins, alas only melee are allowed. But maybe somewhere in the future... ^^

почему нельзя сделать скин в такой же форме меча и ножен, только в простом стиле не прибегая ни к каким фракциям. Не отрицаю что сам скин выглядит очень круто но все же я думаю что он бы выглядел круче выгляди он как просто прямой клинок без гарды с ножнами не превышающими его габариты в 2 а то и в 3 раза

If it was in-game, I'd buy it in a heartbeat, don't get me wrong. But critically speaking: the blade lacks a unique centrepiece or personality that the sheath nails perfectly. Now sure, you see only the hilt like 90% of the time using a Nikana so it's not a deal-breaker, but I can't help but feel like there's so much more you can do with the actual blade. Considering it's the one doing the actual cutting. At the moment all the blade really is is just a very thin single piece of sheet metal with some light detailing and a glowing edge. (That isn't even on the cutting side.) Regardless, I'm still hopeful it gets in game.

Swear to god, the sheathe is so wide and heavy looking you could beat someone on the head with it. The can underneath makes it look like a portable recharge station for the blade

Well, that was the idea with the accelerator array. And when you're running with 75% Berserker + 60% Arcane strike + 40% AS from riven..... Things get cut fast

looks like a corpus variant of a blast blade. As in that weird experimental Katana design that, when it's trigger is pulled, shoots the blade out of it's hilt for the user to slice with extreme speed
