These modifications are bloody excellent. Does this still work, I was thinking maybe developers have some own code for forts for example?

This wont solve the AI debt spiraling because this mod doesn't stop AI from buying MERCs or special units (Streltsy), those are the two big killers. Albiet one only for Russia.

Some of these changes are good, although increasing the Artillery fraction actually hurts the AI significantly since they will struggle more to finiance larger armies even with a simple 0.05 increase.

Sounds great ! Why did you choose to decrease the AI's cavalry ratio, even in early game ?
