@TheHidingTree It is incompatible, though for me the game never crashed, just some EE features were not available.
Have you played Portugal? Feitorias just don't apper at the map at all.

OK, so after further testing, I found that EE is incompatible with Religions and Cultures Expanded. If you are running both mods (at least as of today) you will receive a CTD under a year into the game. Will keep original comment up as FYI.

Hello, I am having consistent crashes with this mod I believe ever since the latest update. I was running a mod list (containing EE as well as other mods in the "expanded" family such as Governments expanded and Subjects expanded) around 2 weeks ago and had no issues, but I tried running the same list as well as starting many new games and all I am getting is consistent crashes under a year when starting in 1444. After disabling mods one by one, I found that this mod is the reason i'm crashing. Even just running this mod with just the other "extended" family tree of mods causes consistent crashes. Any assistance or an update would be much appreciated. Thank you!

@Ziomy2000 I just played Morocco. I dont think there is any way you can prevent Castille from supporting independence. But i would think that is a feature not a bug. In 1457 did i annexed all the subjects and vassalised kabylia(tunis). I had to fight castille-sus-galicia but it was easy with some mercs. A good first entry boss for a Morocco playthrough. Remove privilege amirs integration policy in Maroco. Why? Simple, there's no way for Maroco to prevent Castile nor anybody from supporting independence from any of its subjects. Even if you get a perfect game where you somehow get lucky with advisors/ruler traits getting your subject below 50% liberty desire, there's still a chance that Castile(or anybody) will support any vassal due to them having a disloyal attitude towards their overlord(Maroco). Please just try to do a playthrough with Maroco and you'll see what I'm talking about. In short pls fix :torielsad: :steamsad:

I know I am probably only one playing it. But Nitra focus tree has broken localication. If you click at any focus that will switch name of carpathian provinces to Slovak Language, it will just broke their names and put random symbols into it.

for some reason the accepted culture/ non accepted screen isn't coming up properly. its cut off so I cant see or be able to accept new cultures. There are little scroll bars, but they don't do anything for me.

Every single time I played this mod the ottomans get destroyed and mamluks start to bloat. Not fun at all when the biggest boss in the game is gone from the start. The fact that Byzantium can get an alliance right away with Poland who is maybe in a personal union with Lithuania is way too op as the Ottomans regardless of the war outcome become depleted and get declared on by multiple enemies immediately.

@bigbri2k5 yeah I have. I've also verified game cache. I uninstalled the mod and played on Vanilla for a while without issue but now even Vanilla is crashing for unknown reasons. My computer is rather good, and runs games like WarThunder without a single issue, so I cannot understand what the problem with EU4 has now become.

This is the only mod I have installed on EU4. Typically it's worked so well and without issue. But lately, it causes crashed/file corruption with each new save I try to start.

It's not tied to a date or event firing as the date in the save in which the crash/corruption occurring has been different for each one, as has the nation I have been using.

Does anyone have any possible ideas on how to fix this?

Think I've found a persistent problem, stabilized the Timurid only for an event to pop in which every vassal becomes independent and you in turn become a Horde, happens every game I start as them

Update to my post regarding. EE and Flavour and Events expanded, the issue with the HRE Voting came from the mod that adds the development points system into EE. So not your Fault. But maybe integrating the development point system in you mod with the ideas expanded would be 11/10

One of the only nations that has a worse mission tree in Expanded is anyone in Scandinavia, you can't form Scandinavia as Denmark or Sweden until tech 18 and there's no mission to bypass this requirement, unless you're Norway in which case they get a mission for it

searching further into the comments it seems that this question has been asked and didn't get an answer. Was already on the fence about this mod but if you cant put in the bare minimum effort to make sure your missions are actually able to be completed that seals the deal on me ditching this.

maybe im blind, but i cant see a way to integrate Sweden and Norway as Denmark. The Kalmar Union reform disallows integrating. This makes completing some of the missions just impossible.

Though I found an Issue with flavour and events expanded, this somehow breaks the HRE voting. Thought maybe I inform you :) I will also inform the FAE dev.

The penultimate mission of the texan mission tree (tex_leech_european_trade) is completely broken. Not only does the reward preview chrash the game in the lategame with an instant chrash to desktop, but the reward also takes away ALL trade influece you have instead of the European nations. You get -15 per european nation, so u end up with 0 trade income.

Idk if I should report bugs here, but I noticed (yes, I've checked that this mod specifically causes this) that Institutions show as completed "embraced" (from feudalism to industrialism) as duplicates

Hey guys, one question!

I'm searching for a big mod to use but one that doesn't eats the performance that much. It seen the culprit is mods that adds tons of provinces and too much natives. It seens that Europa Expanded doesn't does that too much like MEIOU, VU and Voltaire, so it would be the most performance friendly of the bunch.

Am I right?
