Just almost none, (outside of vagrantsong which is a very different game) that can compare to Townsfolk Tussle art style and pick up and go attitude.
It's the developers fault for not making any retail copies, I feel like this is a horrible practice that needs to get amended.
$200 X D. Absolutely fucking laughable.
Do you know also how much a full Kingdom Death Monster collection goes for?
thousands if not tens of thousands.
Now imagine if it Cost $2000 to play Dark Souls do you not think people would want alternatives to paying that much?
Glad you like it! If a landscape setup includes squares marked FF1, FF2, etc., these are terrain pieces for that specific Ruffian's Final Fight. The setup section of the Final Fight will let you know what terrain pieces will fill those squares; details about that terrain will also be in the Final Fight information. Pepin's setup, for instance, says to place Giant Milk Jugs on the board (one for each townsfolk). If you were playing with three players, you'd place a Giant Milk Jug on FF1, FF2, and FF3.
Keep in mind these are only placed during the Final Fight. Enjoy! :)
I've heard lots of good things about the game, looking forward to trying it out!
e.g., the blopsy twins' mind reader ability says "Lower your MVMT for the fight" while the dangerous ditch terrain card just says "Lose 1 MVMT". We assumed the ditch ability was just for the fight as well, but that begs the question of why the blopsy twins have different verbage
i'm practically frothing at the mouth at the idea of owning a physical copy of this game, i can't wait until october when i get to back this kickstarter.
@Jesus Fetus -- That item definitely can't be utilized to its fullest in the demo version of the game; several other Ruffian fights include the Dense Woods in the full version. We might swap in a new Ruffian to resolve that :)
So far so good besides that. Mechanism is pretty sound and the setup is not overly complicated.
