Got P9 with MyTeam car which is currently only ranked better than the Williams car, on 100% AI. Nice setup.
(My front left tyre was cooking all throughout the race though, not sure if it's the track, the car which is not upgraded yet or the setup)

Are they only for Time Trial? Or work in myTeam or Career aswell?
