why do I start with 17B in investments? Immediately bankrupt from roads built into the map

looks like the 1969 crash has been ignored

Any more info/solution on the 1969 crash?

It crashes for me as well. IT requires some unknown mod for some town buildings ? (best guess)

Hello, i have thoroughly enjoyed playing this map. However, there is a play-inhibiting crash that occurs at 1969. A 'fatal error' occur, and this prevents me from playing past 1969. It gives me the crash dump:
'46d88428-60-c2-45b8-a815-9255c82dfd86.dmp'.
I would really appreciate any help from anybody. I can provide mope information if necessary. It is a shame because this is a really brilliant map. Thank you.

Back basins. Terraces. Relict channels. Roches moutonnee. You REALLY put a lot of attention into this landscape. :steamhappy:

Speaking as a geographer, I love all of the detail that you put into this terrain. It really gives the feel of having been shaped by natural forces. Love the oxbows in the river by Kutzenhausen.

Is there a map size requirement for this map? As in, do we need to change settings due to the size of the map? Or is it just a regular 1:3 map?

@Overlord Load the map into the map editor, change the date to 1900 and save as a different map. Then load the new map into free play as normal

Really like this map. Spent over 30 minutes researching the map back and forth trying to find the best starting industry (factory close to city which needs the "good" the city needs) and also not that far away from the source (entry materials). I was not successful. If there is for example bakery close to city there is not enough farms close by. If there is entry material and factory close then the city is too far away :D Also I agree there is too much cities and industry but the map is really beautiful. I have to say it will be probably very challenging. So many hills and 1850 starting year (I hate this) I would love to start from 1900 but it is not an option :)

I agree that there are too many industries and towns but as Pentasis says they are easily removed in map editor. I have spent over 30 hours on this map and it is full of development opportunities. My Compliments to the Author .

Very beautiful map!

Very nice! I love all the "nooks and crannies" on this map. Mind you, the amount of cities and industry is a bit much, I removed all of them and placed my own. But I wish there were more maps like this.
