Amazing. Very interesting mod, always wanted something like this to increase the excitement of combat. With SKSE and many new ways to make mods there must be so many unique mod ideas that haven't even been tried yet...

What kind of armor mod were you using in this video?

You should give it a setting that will teleport you instead of akwardly levitate you.

i know that music from anywhere. i have the same mod. it called the Fairy Tail audio changer. it changes the entire audio of the vanilla game to the music based on an anime series called Fairy Tail! it is my favorite show so far and one of the reasons why is because of the music. it makes everything, even travel, so EPIC.

Im having the same issue as PONIES, any idea why that is? i ran around the map and collected a second word for Whirlwind and Marked but no luck still.

i have the first word of wirlwind sprint but the shout says i only have the first word of unrelenting
force. how do i fix this?

Dash bomb is just the 3rd word of the shout. The electric explosion is just the effect of that third word. The first word is just dashing, the second word is a dash and slash (or stab), and the third is a dash and an area of effect attack (dash bomb). Watch the video for demonstrations of all 3.

Actually, it's just vanilla with Climates of Tamriel. The Whiterun has replaced textures though, but no ENB and no overhauls. Just CoT and Sexy Whiterun texture.

After watching your video I really liked your graphics. It is much more colorful than defult Skyrim, but it isnt the Skyrim In Color mod. Did you use an emb or an overhaul, or was it just the result of an arsenal of mods?

Ok. Yea there is a mod conflict, because the the shout's magic effect is not even firing because theres no sound, and the fact that you can't do summoning. You should remove mods that changes vanilla settings or have dirty edits because that will lead to mod incompatibilities. Hope you fix your problem.

Also, you could do a new game with no mods installed, then install the mods one or few a time, seeing which mods causes the problem.

no sound happens,yes I tried the options,yes I tried mimicing what you did at a fort. As for a mod interfearing with magic quite possible, because I couldn't use summon spells for sometime now. as for fixing this problem I have so many mods that I don't know which one is causing that too happen. so though you have a great mod I don't think I'll be able to use it.

Hmm.. Does it play a sound when you shout? Did you trying messing around with the options? Did you try aiming at a target from different ranges, and angles? Try copying what I do in the video.

Maybe another mod that alters magic some way is causing it. The way this works, is once you shout, you fire off an invisible projectile to where you're aiming. This projectile is like that of an ice storm, but smaller radius and way faster. I use my own projectile objects and magic effects to avoid mod incompatibilities.

tried that still nothing. not sure if it's being caused by another mod I have installed or not. though I don't have any that would affect a shout

You need to target someone

I tested the shout in a open field,used every combanation of the shout(first word only,1st and 2nd words, and all three words) and nothing happened.

Second word (dash attack) : first word of "whirlwind sprint" - you get from grey beards on main quest.
Third word (dash bomb) : first word of "marked for death" - you get in the dark brotherhood sanctuary when you first start the DB quest line.

I tried it and I only got one word and I drank both potions did i have to drink them in an order or are the other words some where else

Similar to Whirlwind Sprint, but mainly for attack. I can see a rogue-ish character using this to apply attrition to groups of enemies.
