Seem that it is "copy and paste" from Fus Ro Dah and make it into handobject so it can use by magicak without time charge. Interesting.

PS: I know many people would hate me for asking it to cost magicka, but really, use the spell too often, and suddenly we've removed the fun from Skyrim's fantastic and rewarding combat.

I know it's supposed to be more realistic to Star Wars and all, but i really wish this spell cost magika. It's fun as hell, but sometimes feels too OP because it's so powerful and costs nothing to use. Pehaps at the fair price of 50-60 magicka we can be Obi Wan for the moment? :)

@360B345T I tried that, it didn't look very good. Empty hands with no sound made it look terrible, hence the visual effects.

Not bad, but for an update, try not to show the magic on the hands. If you want to make it look like it's in the movie, make it invisable, so it could be more realistic.

@Krajacek all console commands are located on the official skyrim wiki page http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_(Skyrim)

What you're talking about is, player.setav shoutrecoverymult # (where # is the time in seconds), which doesn't show up on that sheet, but still works.

do any of you know how to make the Shouts have zero cool off time? It's funny ( I know I should be disturbed that I find it funny ) making enemies ragdoll all over the place . Actually , I am not 100% certain it is ok to post command line cheats in forum ? I will wait for the Creator to say it's ok
