this mod is chef's kiss.however i noticed it removes the balten german culture from riga and teutonic order. so just a heads up to whoever will be irked by having said province and the rulers of these tags set to "no culture" culture

Srry I don’t play this game anymore so I’m not rushing to update this. But it should still work since IIRC they aren’t adding new provinces. If the game keeps complaining about the version just edit the mod file and change the version to the newest.

I love this mod, because this is historically correct. When you build St. Petersburg in Neva, Novgorodian culture removes. That's not right! And secondly - Muscovite culture in Siberia:steamfacepalm:

No problem. So first of all mods will load by default in reverse alphabetical order, meaning that Common Universalis files will overwrite this mod. You can change that by adding a line in the
mod descriptor file (see here: https://www.reddit.com/r/eu4/comments/dc42rf/mod_loading_order/)

From what I’ve noticed while reading Common Universalis files they don’t change any of the province files, they change some country files but the changes seem non-vital, but Common Universalis has a whole different culture file. I haven’t had time to delve deeper into it unfortunately, to see how big the changes are. If you do the thing from the reddit thread I linked this mod should work on top of Common Universalis.

I think it will work, but some changes to cultures by Common Universalis might be lost. Message me if you need any more help.

Sorry, I am really short on time for several reasons, I might not reply immediately.
