It's been a while since I've looked at this mod, so I can't quite remember, but I think the mod-specific modifiers come into effect as soon as whichever ever age follows the Enlightenment Age starts, since I bundled the modifiers in with the pre-existing global age modifiers

Yes, a new CB. You should only be able to use it to really dismantle the countries. Im not sure how far the modding can go, but maybe be able to also give these released countries specific provinces aswell. (Of course the country that lost should keep all cores (or at least claims), so you get a challenge and try to reunite and then take revenge

Could you do something like this for vanilla? But more like a mod to "balkanize" countries? Coalition CB is really bad at it. Like if you could reduce costs by a ♥♥♥♥ ton for returning cores / releasing countries. (Example Austria - Hungary, or France if you managed to get a 100% warscore)

ET is updated, but is having problems due to vanilla code that seems to have reduced the maximum number of tags in a game - since ET has so many tags, the problem is very bad (especially for dates further away from vanilla)

ET's recent problems are more related to vanilla issues.
