You want the counter to work even if the gamemode is not TTT?

You have to lanch counter-strike:source it will cache the content of css. Then you lanch gmod, in the start-up menu you press the controller icon on the buttom right. Then you press counter-strike:source it will say to gmod to use css content. If you still have problem with this add me.

Not really recommended to add weapons that are server-specific.
