Set to fullscreen windowed

Game crashes upon tabbing out and switching from fullscreen to borderless and vice versa, any ideas? I have narrowed it down to specifically this mod. My other mods don't conflict because I have turned everything off except this one and it still crashes.

It's specified in description, or unpack addon and see mdl files names.

Usually you don't need to bother unless there are conflicts.

When I temporarily go back to the desktop and then return to the game, my game stops working. Is this normal?

Do yall know what causes downed survivors to not be able to turn 360 degrees? I know the animation works correctly in l4d1 but in the 2nd game, survivors just magically kill zombies behind them.
