Actually, it's just a plain ol' enchantment on a ring. It's a very, very simple mod, but I suspect that the game doesn't handle the numbers that high too well. Unfortunately, there is currently no support for the creation kit from Bethesda, so when problems like this come up, there's not much that can be done. When I get some time (it's 1:00 in the morning here atm), I'll see if I can lower the stamina amount in hopes that it will work better. Would be nice if there were ways to tell when you put a number too high, but currently it's guess and check.

Btw, if you haven't tried yet, there's also "player.modav stamina -10000". Setav sets the value to a certain number, while modav adds or substracts. Not sure that it will work the same here though that it did in Oblivion, but one can hope.

I tried all that, and all the console command does is add or subtract my true stamina level, but the 10,000 still remains. It should read 200/200, not 10200/1. It spoils the game play for me, like I'm in god mode. If your mod has changed the game AI in any way, then an uninstall program for your mod will need to be written in order to remove it for all of us who are stuck with this. I am not the only one in this boat atm.

@debieblue I personally have always gone to the GameFAQs website for a list of console commands or cheats (just google gamefaqs). They have a section for Skyrim as I recall. At the least, you can try this: press ~ key and type in something like: "player.setav stamina 200" without the quotation marks and hit enter. If that doesn't work, I'd try to google something like "skyrim cheats gamefaqs", again without the quotation marks. Also, even though it's considered a cheat, it won't stop you from getting the steam achievments, at least it never stopped me on my files.

I reinstalled the mod...equipped the ring...unequipped the ring...and amy stamina bar still reflects a 10,200 "green" stamina reading.

Any more suggestions? Like where can I manually modify this setting back to vanilla by hand?
Mashed Apr 24, 2012 @ 11:24am
Yep..I bet that's it. I uninstalled it while I had the ring on...come to think of it...I'll try that and get back to you.

@MRGuineapirate If you're looking for infinite mana, I have already put out the Robes of the Archmagus, which reduces all spell costs to zero. If you don't like it being on the robes, just disenchant it and you can put the enchantment on anything that accepts destruction spell cost reduction, including rings, amulets, and I think helmets too. As for infinite health, I probably won't put out that kind of mod, since that's too close to just using the TGM cheat.

@debieblue I'd suggest trying to re-install the mod, equip the ring, then unequip it, and see if it goes back to normal. If it does, then you can save again and it'll be safe to uninstall the mod.

load a save prior to equiping it lol
in other words restart the game

Even though I have uninstalled this mod, my "stamina bar" still reflects '10,000 +'...how do I get rid of this?
ChibiChad Apr 18, 2012 @ 6:48am
Disenchanting this ring gets your Enchanting skill to 100?!? I'm in!
whocares916 Apr 15, 2012 @ 1:38pm
disenchanting this =auto 100 enchanting skill
plus a petty soul gem will rebuff what ever with the same enchant lmao for those who care
