Can you replace all of the common infected in most L4D1 campaign? this mod doesn't replace the common infected on most of the L4D1 campaign.

Nice mod. for once they aren't only Combine Soldiers.

You probably aint gonna do it. but if you do. can you do a mod that replaces the Common infected with GTA SA's Ballas?
