Cheers, I hadn't tried playing around with caching yet. In the end the fix was reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package x86 & x64 and having both mod threading and mod caching turned on.

I've never seen a game load so fast with mod threading on so this may have fixed a wider issue.

@Fignuts: Sorry to hear that it doesn't work for you anymore. As you mentioned, earlier similar problems were solved by either disabling "Mod Threading" or "Mod Caching". I think, Mod Caching was the main problem, the game thinks it still has the correct version and does not download the newer version. Disabling this, then restarting TTS/Steam, then loading the mod should solve it. Then you can enable it again at a later time.

Front side of loot cards won't load for me since the update. Tried heaps with mod threading on and off. And they're not blank, they're translucent with a bit of blurry boarder.

@Denox: The Kickstarter edition / final print version includes 4 Campaigns and 20 Scenarios, as well as a Room Events Booklet and a Door Events Card Deck. The rest is very similar, with a few more loot cards or small changes in the items.

What will be the difference between this version and the final kickstarter version?
