can you umm help me. the white and black blocks arent spawning

in order for the spawner to work you need to have to mod installed correctly (with all the files at the correct position in your gamefiles)

You select it in the modmenu when you create a world (you can also take a look at the tutorial on my yt channel (its linked in the description of the mod)) :)
