Damn, well good luck then. I'll be checking back occasionally closer to 1.6 release then.
004GP  [ophavsmand] 20. mar. kl. 12:47
Hey SuwinTzi, it indeed is excessive and increases risk of mistakes. I have planned some time ago to make a single mod file that checks for mods like EPOE and add HP values, armor and change research location. As well as checking for CE and change armor values accordingly, as CE required larger base values to get the same result. I do not however have a simple and fast way on file to make those checks in the current .xml additions. I tried some I saw from other mods at that moment but without good results. If I have the time in the next few months to try again I shall. As I want that done before a 1.6 update. I shall look to include EPOE forked by then. And if possible, see if I can make a few settings for mod options.
SuwinTzi 19. mar. kl. 14:23
Hey dude, I think you should just merge your mods into one mod, have any HP or values for either Archo or EPOE based off the standalone, and have code to auto check for said mods.

Because running around to three different workshop items for what is essentially the same thing for different incompatibilities sounds excessive.

Any plans to check for EPOE forked instead of only EPOE?

Hey, What error did you get? that the wrong dependency is used or something else?
FrAmed46 14. sep. 2024 kl. 9:49
In rimpy this presents an error when used with the epoe 1.4/1.5 update (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2882712052) I a on 1.4 btw. I haven't tested it yet but I hope its just a harmless error. Just pointing it out.
004GP  [ophavsmand] 15. juni 2024 kl. 11:37
Ah sorry all for being late on the 1.5 version. I am finishing up on my masters thesis and lost track of time a bit. I shall try to get things up and running again over the upcoming week. I am still undecided if I should make a single version of this mod that auto-detects compatible mods, eliminating the need for separate downloads. But this needs extra work and may not be wanted by all. Anyway I shall get an updated version out first before making such decisions.
004GP  [ophavsmand] 27. mar. 2024 kl. 4:17
@Aurus, I am not sure (Real life is busy at the moment so I cannot test for some time). But in the worse cause it should give some errors and not apply the +25 HP buff. If will always give an error as it looks for EPOE, but it shall stil ltry to apply the HP changes even if it does not find the normal EPOE.

In a newer version I am looking to integrate most EPOE like mods in one full edition, but I am still undecided on the best approach.
Aurus 26. mar. 2024 kl. 14:41
Does it work with EPOE Forked?
004GP  [ophavsmand] 17. mar. 2024 kl. 8:47
@Jas-Azinar. I am able to use armor for both CE and Vanlia at the moment. CE requires higher values for natural results (90% vanilla blocks almost all and is OP, but 0,9 in CE gives dents on .45 FML and heavy bleeding on .45AP and feels just good enough). I still need to decide on all values (As these are internal plates, some bleeding/damage is realistic and provides some balance), change descriptions (e.g. torso armor now also protects internal organs) and add them to EPOE parts. As CE requires automated checking, I am going to check for EPOE and other mods as well, removing the need for dedicated mods (EPOE, Standalone version, ect.). To prevent problems with others, I am also undecided if I am going to push all these changes to the current 1.4 versions, or make a new mod for 1.4/1.5 with all changes and automated checking combined. Long story short, progress has been made but it will take longer before I push it to Steam.
004GP  [ophavsmand] 15. mar. 2024 kl. 11:38
I have allocated some more time tomorrow to look into it, including making sure the correct way is applied to both CE and non-CE mod-lists. It would also be great if I can get the values of both armor and HP to be adjustable in the mod-settings.I cannot make any promises, but I shall try my best for a few hours tomorrow if life allows.
Jas-Azinar 14. mar. 2024 kl. 15:04
cause im assuming they have atleast something to convert vanilla values of armour into CE's armour rating
Jas-Azinar 14. mar. 2024 kl. 15:02
try looking into Cybernetic Organism and Neural network etc, or ask on the CE discord about it
004GP  [ophavsmand] 14. mar. 2024 kl. 14:38
I wanted to do that first, either by implant or trait (like the Tank Trait mod). But I never got that to work with CE (Tank Trait mod had the same issue). CE ignored all armor values I put in, so an increase of HP was my only option available. If someone knows how to implement it I am more than happy to add it to this mod and use it myself as well.
Jas-Azinar 14. mar. 2024 kl. 14:25
cause what will likely happen is a slow gain of scars which will kill them or make them immobile
Jas-Azinar 14. mar. 2024 kl. 14:24
also it might be worthy adding an armour value and lowering the health? just a suggestion as it would make it more of an armour instead of HP bonuses
004GP  [ophavsmand] 14. mar. 2024 kl. 13:48
@Jas-Azinar, Ah that's no good of course. I shall try again tomorrow evening, could be that something went wrong with uploading the changes to Steam from my end. And thank you, its no problem for me, I created this for myself as I don't use the armor implants from the DLCs and wanted to share.
Jas-Azinar 14. mar. 2024 kl. 13:00
problem is still persisting, i've completely uninstalled the mod and reinstalled it to confirm the changes but it sadly had no effect, glad you are actively trying to help though, and the fact that this mod exists
004GP  [ophavsmand] 14. mar. 2024 kl. 12:14
@Jas-Azinar, I have removed the copy from the dependencies, if the or a problem persist, please let me know.
Jas-Azinar 10. mar. 2024 kl. 11:16
ykara.elstrages.epoe appears to be the new packageid so just changing that should fix it and removal of the old EPOE
Jas-Azinar 10. mar. 2024 kl. 11:14
in the About.xml the dependencies list the old version of EPEO but also has EPEO 1.4 incorrectly named making it attempt to search for a file with the wrong mod name i believe
004GP  [ophavsmand] 10. mar. 2024 kl. 10:39
@JAs-Azinar, thank you for the report. Do you by any change have the full version with all details? I shall have a look once I have the time, might be something residual left over from the change to the updated required mods or from local testing.
Jas-Azinar 8. mar. 2024 kl. 18:06
Rimpy upon attempting to sort with this mod active requests the old version of the mod as-well as "ykara.elstages.epoe_copy_1"
004GP  [ophavsmand] 3. jan. 2024 kl. 7:09
@Onframe46. I have pushed an update, please let me know if there are any problems.
FrAmed46 30. dec. 2023 kl. 4:36
thank you, an errorless modlist again
004GP  [ophavsmand] 29. dec. 2023 kl. 5:34
@Onframe46. I was originaly waiting for the main EPOE to update, but is seems that is not going to happen anytime soon. I shall lable the other updated version and push for an update this weekend.
FrAmed46 28. dec. 2023 kl. 13:44
epoe is not updated to 1.4, but a version of it is (i think mlio). Im NOT talking about epoe forked. could you remove the error that shows up? epoe im talking about is this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2882712052
glencoe2004 11. sep. 2023 kl. 21:58
I seem to be unable to craft the internal armor plate
004GP  [ophavsmand] 5. maj 2023 kl. 3:01
@Lemmington,
I don't have the time to test it out at the moment, but it should not cause problems unless they made changes to the naming of items/research. If you do run into problems/warnings, let me know and I shall find some time to fix it.
LetTheMossReclaimYou 4. maj 2023 kl. 4:25
EPOE is updated with a fork, will this mod still properly work?
Ender 4. jan. 2023 kl. 12:41
Nice
004GP  [ophavsmand] 4. nov. 2022 kl. 1:36
@Daisuke, No problem.
Daisuke 2. nov. 2022 kl. 6:34
thank you, for both the 1.4 update and the Archotech Expanded version, this is greatly appreciated! <3
004GP  [ophavsmand] 1. nov. 2022 kl. 14:51
@Daisuke, The Archotech Expended version should be online.
004GP  [ophavsmand] 1. nov. 2022 kl. 13:23
I have updated it to 1.4 using an unofficial 1.4 update of EPOE. If EPOE does not have major changes everything should work fine. I have not tested the two latest DLC's. I think those have other solutions to these armor plates, but I shall of course keep updating this.
@Daisuke. I shall see if I can make a version for Archotech Expanded and upload it as another mod.
Daisuke 23. okt. 2022 kl. 5:53
That is my bad, I misremembered the name. It's Archotech Expandedd https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1442734859&searchtext=archotech%2B
004GP  [ophavsmand] 23. okt. 2022 kl. 5:46
@Daisuke, I think I am looking the wrong mod then. The current Archotech+ mod I can find does not provide replacements for limbs, only implants. Could you give me a link?
If you want the vanilla archotech limbs to have increased HP, you can also look at Elite Archotech, its from the maker of EFB and adds HP to archotech parts (Like I did with EPOE). Archotech Expanded adds more Achotech parts. I have to look into it but I don't think those are yet covered by Elite Archotech and can warrant a separate mod.
Daisuke 17. okt. 2022 kl. 6:23
Basically like what you did with the arms and legs from EPOE
Daisuke 16. okt. 2022 kl. 10:41
What I had imagined was making the Archotech+ limbs give more HP so they would not be destroyed as easily but feel free to do it however you want, as long as I won't lose my arms, legs or organs from a single well placed charge lance shot then I'll be more than happy!
004GP  [ophavsmand] 16. okt. 2022 kl. 6:11
@Dausike. I have looked at Archotech+ by Mezz. Shall I try to add the HP offset on its Archotech Subdermal Armor? I do wonder tough if the armor plate item from this mod is needed alongside with that offset, as that armor then has the same role. If EFB updates this week I shall include it with the 1.4 updates.
Daisuke 9. okt. 2022 kl. 6:32
Nothing specific, basically exactly what you mentioned right there is exactly what I am looking for, I appreciate you taking your time to look into it ^^
004GP  [ophavsmand] 9. okt. 2022 kl. 2:41
@Daisuke. I do not promise anything, but I shall have a look at it next weekend.
Is there anything you would like specifically for that? Or just the armor plate integration and the addition of HP changes to the parts from that mod?
Daisuke 6. okt. 2022 kl. 7:37
Would absolutely love an Archotech+ addon version of this!
004GP  [ophavsmand] 31. aug. 2021 kl. 11:58
Updated to 1.3. Also included EPOE in the name. Versions for other bionic mod's are following hopefully in a week. If you have any problems, please let me know.
iddqd 24. aug. 2021 kl. 17:25
Though it seems working as is for now.
iddqd 24. aug. 2021 kl. 16:06
EBF is updated now. When can we expect update on this? My bionic commandos are dying.
004GP  [ophavsmand] 17. aug. 2021 kl. 2:40
If I may ask, where did you find the 1.3 version of EBF? On the Workshop I can find the 1.2 version only.
I tried to update (normally only version number addition needed) but the HP addition from EBF is not working properly at the moment. It seems some other users from EBF 1.2 have the same issue and its being worked on
glencoe2004 15. aug. 2021 kl. 13:51
FYI EBF has updated to 1.3; I'm pretty sure this mod works fine but I'm not far enough to be able to get armor plates yet so I have no idea
004GP  [ophavsmand] 29. juli 2021 kl. 6:30
This mod shall update to 1.3 once Elite Bionics Framework has been updated, EPOE already has. This mod is tiny, I do not expect much of a problem if you use the 1.2 version on 1.3, as long as the required Elite Bionics Framework mods has been updated, but I cannot test it for now. It shall not take long however to update once requirements are met. I shall then also check if I can rename this mod to include "-EPOE", and add EPOE Forked and RBSE versions if possible.
004GP  [ophavsmand] 16. juli 2021 kl. 13:35
@TracerFoxTEX. No I do not think it is, its only used for normal EPOE as it does changes to its internals aside from adding the armor plates. If you want just the armor plates, you can also use the standalone version. I am wondering if I am going to make other versions of this mod for Forked and RBSE, or if I just make the standalone version usable for all normal limbs and create HP patches mods for other limb mods alongside the armor plates. Once I update for 1.3, I shall do either one of those (so the HP changes for other mods come in the future one way or the other).
TracerFoxTEK 14. juli 2021 kl. 23:45
Will this version function with EPOE Forked? If not, any chance of compatibility in the future?
