I surrender, didn't get how this mod works. Just says "Out of resources". I need to input cats, but cats not an item. What I'm doing wrong?

Whoops, I had it set at level 2 from when I was testing. It's level 1 now.

Its not working for me, It does not appear in the research window under core.
