By binding that to your left-click you unbound it to what it is supposed to be
To Fix it go in consle unbind your left mouse button
then go into options and bind it to what it is supposed to be

It activates but then just turns off.

You can turn off the music by switching to a camera.

Aha! People who got problem with this addon please remove CW bullet time. When i removed that addon this one started working again. Thank the Lenny Face's or also called Gabens angels.

Yeah, is this designed for only singleplayer? I added it to my GMod multiplayer server but everytime I press left or right click, it only speeds up/slows down for only 1 second. What do I do here?!

To slow down time apperaylu you need to mash the left mouse button, but you need to keep pressing it.....forever
