Of course, but I feel it would be sufficient to paint the outskirts of the city, and then use these for all the urbanized areas. I just love how 'complete' the pack feels with such a small amount of trees. Up until recently, I only ever really used these trees and your Murraya bushes in my cities. But lately I've wanted to start having thicker forest areas in the outskirts, and like I said, these are a bit heavy for that

glad you like them. It could be possible. less poly does = less look tho

This is, by far, my favourite set of trees on the entire workshop, but they're a bit heavy to paint an entire map with. I know they're relatively old now, but is there *any* chance of you making a low-poly version to fill out large areas?

I didn't realize how many of my favorite trees were done by you until now. Excellent work and I really like the detail you put in. The branches in particular look most natural in your line of assets. I have found almost any kind of tree I could think for almost any type of region... accept one.. The the American South East.. Plenty of swamp type and sub tropic trees but no pine (of that region) anywhere to be found. The most common in the South ( And In fact the most common in the United States by sheer number) is the Lob-lolly pine. Another is the Long Leaf Pine.. If I had the skill set I'd do em myself.. But wit your attention to detail.. Well just a thought. Thank you for all done thus far.

Updated. had to fix some mesh issues from when I swapped 3d programs. was never 100% happy with the leaves so remade them. they look best from medium distance

Noob question: If each tree are 1.2 mb... if you use many of these... the filsize of the map will be massive.

such details considering impressive file sizes. Because of your great work, I need to look into the tree replacer mod. Your trees just make the base game foliage look very un optimized. Thanks for all your hard work and sharing with the community. Awesome person you B :)

Your palm tree is my all time favorite tree. Random thought of the day. Keep up the good work.

@vilamno. I just picked some tree shapes from my local area not 100% what sort they where then tried to make a generic pack. the textures are from an elm tree and beech tree
lloranut Apr 19, 2020 @ 9:53am
I really like the distinct shapes. Keep them coming!
vila浅水荟澄 Apr 19, 2020 @ 4:35am
Which kind of tree are these 4 trees based on?
Madisonian Apr 19, 2020 @ 1:53am
Thanks for winterizing them, I only use trees that are Snowfall compatible.

Allystrya Apr 16, 2020 @ 11:26pm
I would take too fat anyday, little skinny ones always look so sad! LOL But these are perfect, the low ones aren't too bushy, yeah I really like these alot.
pdelmo  [author] Apr 16, 2020 @ 11:16pm
@Allystrya ta for the feedback, Im guilty of making tree trunks and main branches to thick in the past with a lacking bark texture. I won't be going back to update as it's not an easy task to fix trees much easier to remake for scratch so i'll keep a consistent build quality and structure into the future.

Thanks all for your comments and support!
elijah82 Apr 16, 2020 @ 11:10pm
The size of these trees are perfect for detailing. love it!
tonycat333 Apr 16, 2020 @ 11:08pm
AMAZING!!! Thank you very much Mr. pdelmo
Allystrya Apr 16, 2020 @ 11:06pm
Nice!! I was just thinking of the bark the other day on another tree I had. I also appreciate the trunk isn't too skinny or fat for a "street" tree. In the main picture I am partial and torn between the 2nd and 4th one.
Dr.Beakman Apr 16, 2020 @ 10:00pm
I like the tallest so far.
