Are you trying to equip circlets on male charactes? This was only for female characters :)
And another (little) problem. My character is a khajiit, whose ears are on top of their head, so the earring are not at the exactly position :)).
Probably, but I am not sure that the new content will be available on Steam. If I understand Bethesda's news, it will be on Bethesda.net (as Fallout 4 mods are) ;)

and then check if you see the list of items added by this mod.

Castle, I made earrings for males in my Dragon and Bear jewelry mod. These ones look too femenine for males, in my opinion ;)

Honor, that is because your character is a male. This only works on female characters XD
