No problem, I'm happy to help. If you have any other rules questions/doubts, I'd suggest checking out the official rules pdf from USAopoly. The forums for Thanos Rising on BoardGameGeek is another wonderful source of information for rules and any strange interactions you just aren't sure about, even for other games you may play too.

Thanks. I just got TTS a few days ago, and hadn't learned about Locking yet (was actually watching a video of it when I got the notification you responded.
As for the tokens, I was taught that running out of damage tokens(which happens a fair bit with our play group. The Black Order is pretty good at hitting a whole team), so I always played that way. Thanks for correcting me.
To flip the Infinity Stones, you just need to unlock them first. Right click and uncheck Lock, or alternatively you can use "L" as a shortcut when mousing over it to unlock it. I have them locked by default so that you don't accidentally pick them up when moving cubes around.
As for loss conditions, there are only 3 ways for the players to lose.
1 - Thanos flips and gains control of all 6 Infinity Stones
2 - Any 1 player has no remaining heroes on their team
3 - A total of 10 heroes are defeated
The damage/infinity counters are not limited, the game comes with 50 damage counters and it would be rare to have them all out at once. 30 Infinity counters come with the base game, which is exactly how many could possibly be placed at once, but the counters are returned to the pool when that Infinity Stone is flipped over.
The only intentionally limited parts are the Dice, 6 Red, 3 Green/Blue/Black. No player can utilize more than that when rolling on their turn.
