(3/3) If you don't want to use the "right-click > draw" method, you can also just pull all the dominoes out of the bag, flip them all upside-down, and place them back into the bag. That way, you can just click-drag the dominoes out of the bag into your hand. Once you've set it up, you can also in the UI go to "Games > Save & Load > Save Game" to save this state of the setup for yourself, that way you can load the save instead of having to flip the dominoes upside-down each time. And note that with this method, you will have to flip the dominoes face-up once it's in your hand.

I'm sorry if that is too much information, I try to be clear and thorough. Let me know if what I explained is ok, and/or if you have any suggestions, I am open to them.

(2/3) And to clarify, with the current setup, when you "right-click > deal" on the bag of dominoes, the dominoes will go straight into the respective player's hand, and only that player will be able to see the dots on the dominoes. To every other player, another player's hand will look like they have all blank 0/0 dominoes. Don't pull dominoes straight from the bag to draw, use "right-click > deal."

I'm sorry if that's an inconvenience. If I knew how to code and make the automated stuff, I'd have buttons to click on to draw, but I don't know how to code.

(1/3) @TrapperKeeper @Delren (just saw these comments) When you right-click the bag with the dominoes, there is an option to "deal" them to a player's or all players' hands (the right-click menu can also do nice things like shuffle the dominoes, but you can also just hover your mouse pointer over the bag and press "R" to shuffle them).

Obviously, if you flip the dominoes face-down, you can't see what it is unless you flip it over. But, if you do this on the table, then everyone would see what it is.

But, if you put upside-down dominoes in the bag to "right-click > deal" them out, then they will also be upside-down in everyone's hand, and everyone would have to flip each one over, despite player hands already hiding the contents to other players anyway.

Looking to play some 42, but this one seems to deal the dominoes faceup.

When dealing or drawing from the bag, it doesn't auto hide.

AH! Well, I'm new at this and do not yet know how to add a deck to my workshop. I only know how to add games, I'm sorry!:steamfacepalm:

@Michael I looked on your workshop page and didn't see your domino deck. If you upload your domino deck as a workshop setup comment the link, I'll take a look at it and add it to this setup.

It's fine with me if you use it. I was never the player that could see the other dominoes for some reason. I have no clue why it was being so weird about it

@Michael I'm sorry that there is a problem with the domino objects, this is the first I've heard of it. Thank you for your time looking into it. It seems like using cards would be a great secondary option. I'll look into finding a custom deck to add to the setup.

Would you like me to use your custom deck? I wouldn't mind putting them in this setup. If not, that's fine.

I've tested again and verify that none of your suggestions resolved the problem. In another thread, I saw that there may be a bug related to domino objects not making reliably. I created custom cards that resemble dominoes and they work. Just fyi. I appreciate the time you took to respond to my previous message.

It wasn't either of your first two suggestions, I'm sure of that. I doubt it was the other, but I wouldn't swear to it. Thanks for your response! I'll test it out again.

@Michael I suspect maybe you are using the team functionality (diamonds, hearts, etc). Being on the same team allows you to see each other's hands, notebooks, hidden stuff, etc. For 42, you obviously don't want that, so refrain from using teams.

Besides that, if you are the player game-master black, that will also show you everything hidden. The final thing would be if someone, while you were playing, accidentally changed the "Hands" settings in "Options" at the top bar.

Some players can see all hands, anyone know why?
