Teşekkürler, and I love Turkey very much. I am an architect as well. :)
I am not saying this is Turkish architecture, as you can see the flag of Lebanon waves high above the rest in the preview image... rather I am saying there is influence from Turkey, something the casual gamer wouldn't necessarily know. Mind you, the Ottoman Empire extended over the Middle-East for over 400 years, with influences and traces in every aspect of life all over the region. I will grant you this doesn't look as "Turkish" as other buildings in Turkey, and on that basis you're right... but there are Ottoman influences in much of Lebanese architecture. You might not see them at first, but we as Lebanese do. ;)

No, I love Lebanese people and their culture. Maybe this mosque was built in Ottoman/Turkish Empire time. But the architecture style is not Turkish. I am an architect so... :D Turkish mosque architecture is influenced by Eastern Rome/Hagia Sophia after Turkish Empire took Istanbul. Before that the mosque style was like Bursa Ulucami that you can find in workshop. Then you can clearly see the differences of architectural styles. Materials, domes, minaret is really different than Turkish ones. Probably architect of this mosque wasnt Turkish, or architect prefered to build this mosque in Middle Eastern architectural style.

They aren't that different. This is Ottoman architecture though. I hope you're not insulted or feel offended.

There is nothing related to Turkey in here. Turkish architecture is different than Middle Eastern ones. If you check Turkish mosques like Blue Mosque, you can clearly see its difference.
