how high is the textures if its like 4k or 2k then it makes sense why i ran out of memory

just figured it out. its one of the half life 2 buildings but with the new epic textures. now trying to find a mod to replace the textures

A replacement is wrong and the reason is because you don't have destroyed apartments in hla just the buildings and nothing else.

The hitboxes are actually really broken in this addon. Would it be alright if I reuploaded this with more accurate hitboxes?

There is a replacement mod but its a gamebanana one. It replaces the apartment building ONLY. here is the link: https://gamebanana.com/mods/181933 just put it in your addons folder
