ive got a couple that change malus passive effects maybe that could interact with a similar table?

mhm weird. ill try and take a look as well. how many mods you got. any mods that effect dark elfs ?

for some reason the only faction its not working for me is with the DE's - playing around with mods now to see if its one of them but nothing i use changes anything to do with upkeep

updated and tested. seems to work for me. anyone please let me know if your having problems
