Maybe you should combine the sash and epaulettes as one item. Add some medals and a shirt and tie as well. It'll go nicely with the Honcho's Headgear.

Soldier's Sash could easily be a reference to the name off the actor in The Dictator, Sacha Baron Cohen.

The failure of this idea is that it's three misc. Therefor, unless you combined two of them together; the set will never be added.
