I'm getting this error when attempting to equip the IFAK medkit, any help on this?

I think this swep broke in the newest gmod update is cause for me its model is a hl2 pistol and it get error pings whenever i click Left mouse button.

ATTENTION TO ALL PEOPLE WHO HAS MEDKIT AND M67 GRENADES PROBLEM. The reason why your Medkit and M67 Grenades has problems is because, One or more addons has been conflicting with the FA:S Miscellaneous Pack. To solve it, you have to find the mod that is conflicting and delete it. I know i know its a pain in the ass to do it. I myself has gone through it. But its worth it trust me.
