can anyone explain me why some maps i can load up and others it loads to 100% and then 75% of my screen turnin blue and iCS stops working

There are few intersections connecting the highway and the district.
The highway extends to the shopping center district.
On the way, we are making an intersection and a roundabout.
The roundabout near the JCT is crowded, so it's changing shape.

The industrial area is only agriculture and forestry, and goods are crowded only by imports.
If possible, set up regular industries to reduce imports.
We have added freight stations to decentralize trucks.
If the city is big, it will start to jam again.

Public transport has been reviewed and reset.
There is a monorail station with a bus terminal, so we operate a bus.
