Rimpy mod manager keeps saying this mod is incompatible with questionable ethics enhanced (continiued) doesn't seem to be any issues though. Just figured I'd let that be known.

@[RTB] Sarianos , this probably does not mean a literal brain transplant, but rather the replacement of the patient's diseased parts with healthy ones, but the loss of the brain as an object is also a game convention
[RTB] Sarianos 20. feb. kl. 8:15
What the hell happens if you install a random brain?
gunns22 5. feb. kl. 13:56
Does this work if installed mid-save?
Syilumi lunari 15. jan. kl. 3:53
is this compatable with warcrimes expanded?
Kyrrisayo 12. dec. 2024 kl. 11:25
@Windows XP Oh, that makes sense. Thanks for letting me know!
Alexkittly 11. dec. 2024 kl. 7:02
Why i can't remove wood arm after use this ?
Kullikonossööri 26. okt. 2024 kl. 4:58
@HelleboreFlower
You're probably using the EPOE dismember mechanics.
HelleboreFlower 1. okt. 2024 kl. 14:54
im trying to replace an arm my colonist lost by cutting off the arm of one of my prisoners but every time they cut it off, i dont get the arm, its like it dont exist anymore....
Windows XP 17. sep. 2024 kl. 19:38
@Kyrrisayo are you running dubs mint menus? That mod hides this mod's stuff.
Windows XP 17. sep. 2024 kl. 19:37
This doesn't work with dubs mint menus. Every bill that this mod adds is gone when running dubs mint menus at the same time.
Timrath 11. sep. 2024 kl. 1:57
If I harvest a Pigman's nose and install it on a Baseliner, will he then have a snout or a nose? Serious answers only, please! :D
Falken 1. sep. 2024 kl. 4:50
When this mod is paired with Tweaks Galore mod, the 'stonecutting speed' stat disappears, removing this mod brings the stat back and its working as intended, thoughts ?
Kyrrisayo 30. aug. 2024 kl. 16:13
Can you not install all of the body parts that you can remove? My colonist's liver got destroyed, and, even though I harvested a spare ASAP, I couldn't install it into the colonist with a destroyed liver or back into the original one.

Why can't I harvest a brain that has dementia? Come on dude

because the game treats harvested parts as "new" as funny as it may be to consider giving someone dementia on purpose.
Windows XP 9. aug. 2024 kl. 11:25
Ok. WHERE do I get the mod that lets me install the harvested body parts? I can't even install an arm after i've debug unlocked every single research project. I've had that feature working in my modlist since Rimworld 1.0 and now it's just gone. I went on discrod asking about it but everyone acts like they've never even heard of such an idea. Mandela effect i guess.

Asteroid 25399 9. juli 2024 kl. 6:37
@Flamangos I think that is vanilla, not this mod. There is a mod called no missing body parts that fixes this. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2739055353&searchtext=no+missing+body+parts
Flamangos 8. juli 2024 kl. 19:36
Had an issue that made me remove this mod. When installing bionic arms, the original body part was removed. This meant my pawn couldn't use gloves because he had no hands. I tested it by removing the mod and base rimworld just installs the limb over the original instead of removing it.
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 28. juni 2024 kl. 23:21
@Andrew Hester
Yeah, thats just how rimworld works, the amount of meat you get from a butchered corpse depends on the % of its body remaining, removing organs lowers the current %
Andrew Hester 27. juni 2024 kl. 21:14
Is it just me, or do you get less human meat from butchered bodies after the organs were removed? I know it's more realistic, but barely 100 meat at 5x resource settings.
Flamangos 26. juni 2024 kl. 14:03
@Zack you're playing with RBSE right? Theres a research for implanting
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 13. juni 2024 kl. 2:35
@juako & shiozaki699
should work for creepers now
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 13. juni 2024 kl. 1:42
@Zack
this mod doesnt add any additional prerequisites for installing parts, in fact it hardly touches that aspect, all it does there is add additional options that allow you to replaced damaged parts.
any research prerequistes are either Vanillia, or another mod.

@juako & shiozaki699
can parts be installed to them normally without the mod installed? im afraid i dont actually Play rimworld much these days, so havent encountered them yet
shiozaki699 12. juni 2024 kl. 23:11
do we know why parts cant be stalled into Creep Joiners? i have a leg that i can install in everyone but the creepy.....
juako 12. juni 2024 kl. 22:46
i also have that same issue specifically with creepy joiners from anomaly. install spine works normally for regular people
Zack 7. juni 2024 kl. 18:30
I can harvest but can't install spines, haven't go the chance to try other organs but mostly just wondering do I need a specific research to install organs.
Kageko 6. juni 2024 kl. 19:02
Most of the limbs that are removed are not automatically sutured, so it is better to ensure that after a successful surgery on the pawn it does not bleed. The colonists in the game are not very intelligent, so after they finish taking something they will do other things like eat or sleep, then the person who had their eyes, ears and mouth ripped out ends up bleeding to death.
Antdog319 2. juni 2024 kl. 11:33
I'm using this mod on a RimWorld Together, Dedicated 24/7, Multiplayer Public Server I host. Great addition for the Vanilla+ Lite feel I'm going for, awesome job. Working as intended, Server info. if interested: https://discord.gg/F99QkYhxFK Thank you for making this.
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 26. maj 2024 kl. 23:45
@Cold.Exe
just tripple checked the patches within the mod to be certain, the Only thing it should affect in terms of installation is add More options to the list(to allow you to replace damage parts), it doesnt remove any options.
does that behavior persist without HE loaded? might be a conflict elsewhere
Cold.Exe 26. maj 2024 kl. 20:38
It may be the mint menu or medical bill menu, it doesn't display the operation but clicking "Add Bill" in the medical tab does allow the organs and body parts to be installed.
Cold.Exe 26. maj 2024 kl. 19:22
Ill do some more testing and let you know what i find out!
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 25. maj 2024 kl. 18:31
@Cold.Exe
the only thing i can think of is that your perhaps missing the research requirement? or theres a mod causing a conflict- that said, this mod only really handls Harvesting parts, doesnt Really touch on installing them
Cold.Exe 25. maj 2024 kl. 16:32
I'm having the same issue as @rex705, unable to use any of the parts I've harvested . The bill for install or replace is simply not an option despite having both the medicine and body parts available.
Torkkar 22. maj 2024 kl. 18:15
be sure to load them properly @silverskene these mods do have a load order dependency. BUT they play VERY well together.
silverskene 22. maj 2024 kl. 14:18
Thank you.
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 22. maj 2024 kl. 13:56
@silverskene
it sounds like your Butchering the creatute, this doesnt affect Butchering, for that, check out Harvest Post Mortem
silverskene 22. maj 2024 kl. 13:28
Any reason why no parts are being harvested though skin and meat appear?
Torkkar 8. maj 2024 kl. 18:07
ok I'll test out in a fresh save see if I can harvest a freshly captured Saurid arm.
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 8. maj 2024 kl. 17:41
as the claw is a hediff that has a part spawned when removed, it SHOULD allow it
Torkkar 8. maj 2024 kl. 14:56
hmm what about if the mod encounters a Power claw on a normal arm would its then ignore the arm? cause I think the saurid claws gene is being treated like a bionic if thats true
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 8. maj 2024 kl. 14:15
@Torkkar
this mod doesnt touch on genes at all, all it does is allow parts that have <spawnonremoved> set to be harvested
Torkkar 8. maj 2024 kl. 13:11
it May also be the Pawns are from Vanilla Races Expanded Sauroid or what ever those lizzard people are & they have clawed hands genes so your mod MIGHT not be so friendly to modded genes, more testing is def in order but either way a mod option to allow for working on injured limbs would be a nice addition, as is the mods great gotta say... thats & its the only mod since alpha 0.14 & Tis But a Fleshwound that lets us cut off limbs.

Vanilla expanded integration would be easy since all those mods use Vanilla Expanded Framework & there's collections with all the VE Race & Faction mods. again integration would be nice but even so there's many races I'm using with alpha Genes that don't have altered arms.
Ogliss  [ophavsmand] 8. maj 2024 kl. 11:58
you can only harvest Undamaged parts, Might be that?
Torkkar 8. maj 2024 kl. 11:38
Also I installed this & I put it over EPOE & Harvest Post Mortum But on Half the pawns i WANT to cut the Arms off of Don't have the option for that surgury? is there something I'm missing or doing wrong? & no these parts don't have anything to do with the new DLC as they're not Tentacles
Torkkar 8. maj 2024 kl. 11:18
Asteroid I'm playing with EPOE & no it doesn't or at least any more, OR am I missing something?
Asteroid 25399 5. maj 2024 kl. 7:40
Nevermind. Just realised that EPOE had the option for removing limbs.
Asteroid 25399 5. maj 2024 kl. 4:18
I have the same issue where I can harvest body parts, but this doesn't allow me to give them to another pawn. It also seems to have some conflict with regular surgeries where I don't have access to some operations but it's inconsistent. I'm really missing the options to take spines from prisoners to keep them chill and get replacement legs and hands for my soldiers. Anyone know of other mods or solutions for this?
mikester112 2. maj 2024 kl. 20:03
For the problem with Anomaly pawns, like Rex mentioned EPOE-forked seems to have fixed it and more helpfully they mentioned it pretty specifically in their change notes. Seems to be something about streamlining the surgery inheritance to account for creepers by inheriting directly from base surgery which targets Humans and CreepJoiner defs? Although this doesn't really fix you not owning Anomaly to test.
