How did you turn one of JCThornton's models into a player model for Garry's Mod? I wanted to do that too, but I need help. I've got Blender and Crowbar on my laptop.

How do you scale down or upperscale Playermodels?Cause for me when I scale them down or upperscale them in Blender and then export them and then re-import them back in Blender the Bones aren't in the correct place as they were in the Body.Can you please help me with that?
