anyway, you can try. don't overwrite your save when you try the mod and if it doesn't work remove it and keep playing from the last save in which you hadn't yet installed it.

Then it should work pretty well, given those mods don't alter vampirism.

I don't know, it depends on whether or not those two mods modify the effects of the sun on vampires.

maybe it isn't very noticeable in the description, so I write it here too:

sadly, not. I would have to add the spell (this mod works with a spell) to every vampiric enemy and NPC, and before I try to do it, I want to be sure I can do it in a safe way.

Does this affect other vampires, either friendly ones like Serana or the generic hostile NPCs?
