I'll give you some advice, leave the game in English so the mod works well and gives you the items you chose, since I had it in Spanish and I always got vasculitis, the glasses and another item that caused large tears at close range, I tell you so you don't make the same mistake as me.

It's searching items by name. You can edit the mod with notepad and add your items in the list.
I never tried with modded items, but i guess it would work.

If you want to do that, you should search for a mod/cheat to always enable achievements. So, you could select a custom seed and still have achievement.

If you want to reroll until you get the right seed (as this mod is doing) you will have to wait a looooooooong time until you get your seed ahah

Hi, can you add greed mode too? It doesn't work there, or at least not for me.

L is to open mod config menu, if it's not working it's not the fault of my mod

It could technically be done, i just didn't bother when i've made this.
The idea of the mod was to avoid restarting runs everytime we have a bad start, but in greed mode it takes like 2 seconds to check the shop, i didn't feel the need for it.
But if you feel the motivation to edit the mod for greed, i would happily update the mod with your work (and credit you ofc)

the mod dose't work. when i pres "T" and the search starts on the second try to find the item that i put it on the search stops for no reason and i tried everything to fix it and it still doesn't work

yes, you can edit the lua code
it's a simple text file, so you don't need any software or to compile code

it's noted in the description, it will only work in english, because it's parsing item names and not IDs (to simplify many things in the code)

For some reason, pressing L doesn't open the filter menu anymore. Everything's up to date and I have the Mod Config Menu installed. Maybe it's just the key idk, but is there a way to rebind it in the files?

everything is possible, but i'm not planning on doing so :/
but nothing prevents you to check my code and adapt it to your need :)
mods in isaac are made in lua, it's really simple and doesn't need to be compiled, in other words, you can just open the file with a text editor and start editing :p
