Yeah, that's why I suggested using $staticpropolys, so they can have lightmaps. Though I can see how the transparent textures would cause issues.

You can always try using wallworm to convert the props into brushes.

Entire map is made out of static props.
Also the reasons behind unlit lighting are mostly visual glitches caused by transparent/alpha shaders, but I'll try to figure it out soon™
