Perhaps green boy could lose double sanity the sanity from ghosts? Also I agree with the lantern as starting item, similar to Willow's lighter.

this is pretty cool the only weird thing is that the hat he has on his head is not an equippable hat and it just sticks there u should make the hat another hat that he also gets on spawn

He needs to lose sanity faster than normal characters (due to him being scared) and maybe a little less damage and he loses hunger slower (for balancing and since luigi is skinny i don't think he has hunger problems) These are suggestions also the Poltergusts as a craftable item is a cool thing to add (from omni king of justice)
