how do i even get thru the traps in level 3?

Level 2:

How to get out of the cell:
Walking in the cell activates the guard robot.
Listen to the sound when the guard robot presses the buttons to open the other cell.
Wait until the guard robot has left the room and the door is closed.
Press the 3 buttons that make the same sounds like the guard robot did to open the other cell.
Wait until the timer block lights are loaded.
Press the button that matches with the color on top of your cell door.

If you cannot find it out by listening, here is the order how to press the buttons:

Wait until the timer block lights are loaded before pressing button 4.

how do you get out of the cell in level 2?

Spoiler warning!
Level 1:

Use the console with the 4 switches to get the signs in the correct position. Purple to purple, blue to blue, red to red, black to black.
You have to activate them only for a short time until the sign is at the correct possition, then turn them off.
Simplest combination:
Activate right switch until purple rotates down to black.
Activate left switch until purple rotates up to purple.
Activate middle left switch until blue rotates up to blue.
Activate middle right switch until black rotates down to black.
All colors should match now.
Activate the single switch on the lever left of the console.

Door will start opening


In the right room search for the switch in a corner and activate it.
In the left room the green light should be on now and you can open the door.
Walk towards the next door

Level done.
