@Your Drugdealer I also found a reason why peoples games crash so much from this mode. It's not their PC performance, amount of addons installed or ones conflicting. There's just too many spawning in one area at a time density-wise when they all get startled and blow out your speakers: if they spawned way further out this wouldn't happen or would not happen as much. Spawning them behind you may help a little too so they dont block or teleport inside a elevator or in front of the rescue vehicle especially.

Imagine if VALVe was retarted enough to make this an actually gamemode... It might be funny at first, but even those who completed a deathless expert realism solo run would walk away after awhile.

@Your Drugdealer I hope, and I'm one of them. Health regen, super weapon scripts, even smart bots that can defib you and carry multi shot grenades and such still can't cope with this nonsense on the hotel level on easy. This mod violates the laws, physics and mechanics of the Source engine. For example Witches stop chasing you if you retreat to a saferoom (start or end) or you're in a hard-to-reach area where they can't get you (Witches lack a "ranged" attack unlike the other SI) but here it doesn't work- Witches will spawn anywhere, even inside of you so you can't move, in groups or "slumbers" I call them or of around 3 to 10. And their hearing range is about a mile. Therefore, you can't go anywhere with or without teammates with M60s and explosive ammo. You're ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Idk whats wrong, but there are too few witches. Is it just the complainers that nerfed this to the ground?

This is an absolute blast. We beat tank run on expert, so this is the next challenge. So far, my only gripe is the spawn at the bottom of the elevator at dead centre- why are there 30 witches waiting there? Either way I will grind my face into this.

How do I get this thing to work??? Im sorry this is my first time and I dont know what to do

bruh i was stuck in dead center because a witch kept spawning over and over again at the same place and i cant even get there so i just kept killing witches until i died

talk about Souls-Like witch-hunting survival impossible but possible to win crazy but i love it.

git gud? atleast in tank run they spawned from the outside of the map or in rooms not spawn directly behind you... pretty lame

work fine for the first 30 seconds, then when all the whiches are dead, no more spawn in. the rest of the map is void of CI, SI, and havent even see any tanks.

Hey, just wanted to drop by and say that me and my buddies just spent an afternoon playing this mod and we had a blast. Seems like the Hard Rain finale doesn't finish, but we still had fun with what we played. Thanks for all your hard work!

great mutation, but theres one time that the mutation didnt work. I test run in the parish and the witches didnt come out in the 2nd and 3rd part of the map (after accidentally killing one to rescue the bots) and in the finale, it worked again spawning witches random (in front or behind me)
