As for the mod you linked, that's actually the mod I was using before I decided to make mine, that mod does essentially the same thing mine does, but with a lesser impact in the actual speed. So I wouldn't recommend usin both at the same time since they change the same file.
Is it possible to add or create a separate mod for both increased player movement and increased player sprint but the admin decide the speed? Trying to do a barely noticeable increase in serversettings.ini but I see no change in-game.
Does https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1932341075&searchtext=skill+based work as a complement to your mod or they do totally different things? Can both be used at the same time to minimize the impact of encumbrance on roll speed?
