As of 2023 FEB 28 this mod is functional, and works well with the Trebuchet for Commanders mod. It does say it is out of date because of the patch I assume, but it is functioning thus far without a crash.

This is great. I wanted something that was less than double ammo so I could watch trebuchets fire for a bit longer. Artillery's the best part of the game! (but too much of a boost and it's just a massacre)
