Yeah, just tried one last attempt on this mod, and I think that more of the problem is with Democracy 3 itself than your mod. The problem with Democracy 3 is that voters respond too much to what the current situation is, and not enough to what I've changed. For example, in this last play though I:

Abolished curfew
Reduced detention without trial
Implemented legal aid
Implemented jury trial
Implemented community policing
Implemented child provision
Reduced flat income tax
and generally a whole lot more left wing stuff

Guess who assassinated me, the liberals.
Guess who was next up to try, the socialists.

I think that Democracy 3 is not set up to accout for the population Jordan. Jordan is a much more conservative nation than the 6 this game starts with, and because of that, there is nothing that I can do to prevent assassination.

I've now had games where the socialists, the liberals, the ethnic minorities and the environmentalits have all assassinated me at least once (the socialists 3 times), even though I immediately start implementing policies that they would like.

You may want to talk to other modders about trying to find some way to make this mod playable.
