Can you make a separate mod that allows it to be improved? If not may I for my personal use edit it in the CK to make it upgradable?

the sword is forceful enough, improvements would make it OP

do you have elven smithing perk?
try reinstalling it.

The wapeon isn't under elven (it's nowhere) i have searched but i can't find it. And yes i have subscribed:
