LP im a level 26 alchemist and assassin and i have a mod that raises poisoner to 50% and with lingering health and alchemy gear i bought in the stores its already borderline OP.

What defines postive effects from created poisons?
Will that make all semi-poisons into poison-only?

i have noticed that when you read a potion recipes that they do not add to the list and if that can be fixed add a chest that has all recipes in it.
