I have understand when appear the button with the spikes, if you press button and go away too fast during button animation appears the spikes, you can try with the forgotten, if you use the soul for press button and instant press the switch button you can see it

I played tainted forgotten, keep having my head bumped in the button ... Thanks for this mod, and removing this useless button.

You should add an option to be able to pause the waves, maybe on pause menu, a key bind or even move the pause button to a corner Idk if its possible

Works in repentance.
I love greed mode and never understood why you would ever want to halt the waves. The spikes just limit Isaac's movement for no reasons.
A must have imo.
