I assume you've figured this out by now, but for those that still don't know, here's how it's done. I use Notepad to make changes to files.

Go to where Steam is installed on your hard-drive. Typically this is:
C:Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Transport Fever 2 > res > config

Now go to the file named base_config.lua use the "Find" command (Ctrl+F for Notepad) , and type Achievements. It will send you to this command line below:

game.config.earnAchievementsWithMods = false

Change false to true, Save it, and you're all set.

i am going to dogpile on that guy and say despite knowing full well how to do it this was way less time consuming and way less of a hassle

@Goffik yeah even I know how to and id rather just do it with a mod just because of the hassle of doing it

@Dhell200, because the vast majority of players would rather click a button than dig around in files, especially if they have no experience of doing the latter. Pretty simple really.

Yeah, but why bother, when there's a mod? -Click sub-done.

You dont need a mod for this. All you have to do is change false to true in your config file to earn achievements.

Thanks for this, given the only mod I am using is the "more colors" one it feels weird to me that I can't earn mods.
