You'd either have to rip it off of one of the Mass Effect games, which will totally limit you or create i yourself. there is no easy way.

How did you get mesh? I need turian stuff for a game project, and there is not a turian mesh to be found.

Sure, the hair seam is super obvious, but just mess around with the Racemenu Sculpt tab to fix that (forehead depth helps too). I also suggest that if your head and hair colours are different, use the forehead/cheek/chin etc colours to get it looking how you want. (because skin tone changes the hair tone as well)

umm.... they'rebodies are blue purple and differant colors but theyre faces are,gray vilolet and differant colors than they're bodies

This seems good to me on the first glance, However, 2 problems, Whenever someone refers to your race, Human, Elf, ect. what do they say? and the outline of the face is quite visible also.

I'm actually working on a Prothean head...... The only issue that I think that I might have is the eyes and stuff but I'm working on it. So, yeah if I have success then it will be posted in the workshop and on the Nexus. Just thought I would throw that out there.

my only suggestions are to blend the textures in both first and 3rd person so they don't create a straight line that is super noticeable

There are Armor mods for Tali, the Quarians would be very hard to make work for a race as they... live in suits and that classifies as armor.

I'm not sure if I will put it on the Steam Workshop as I have no clue about .bsa packing. But It is a one of a kind mod. and it is mostly functional already with some tweaking needed now.
