"lupus_hegemonia" in this case Phalanx is just your character using it's shield to defend it self,is not like the Spartan Phalanx,with lots of soldiers making a defensive position

Every time you level up you get a perk point, which you then use to learn a perk. This simply adds more perks to the game, allowing you more customization with each character.

Does anyone know of any mods that when you attack someone who is blocking with a shield it deal no damage (for both the player and the npcs?)

For some reason, I am missing some new skill, such as the second level of speed demon. Do you know what could be causing this?

This is all great and original. It kinda also gives a good reason to use light armor more (which is what I do). Good job.
