So I killed a Spartan at one point and got a letter from another spartan telling me to visit them. Any idea where I'm supposed to go?

I finally found the SPARTAN and he (the one I found, don't know if its the same for all though) was in the Winking Skeever in Solitude

@ Bef RVB. RoosterTeeth. Popular web series. It's been called 'Red vs. Blue' for years. Even Bungie acknowledgies this and has MANY RvB easter eggs in their Halo games. Also, pretty damn good mod. Combined with the Halo weapons mod, this is pretty badass!

Stormcloaks vs Imperials spartan style. It matches their faction color too.. Well the armor at least. Imperial = Red / Stormcloaks = Blue .. Would be funny if I hear Caboose's voice and the rest of RvBs gang lol but that's most unlikely to happen :P
