This is a great asset but when I include it into a district style, it won't spawn, *and* disappears if I plop it (using plop growables) into an area designated with that style. I've checked other assets and it only seems to be this one behaving like this.

Looks like the shop downstairs has plenty of space for a restaurant or boutique, and the bay windows upstairs will be pretty appealing to yuppies looking for a small apartment in the big city. This building wouldn't be out of place in the Mission District in San Francisco. It looks very nice.

I have 3 more buildings in that set, but I put them on hiatus because that particular set of modern condos was getting downvoted into oblivion.

Love your work! Ive been waiting for you to release the tall apartment building in the background of screenshots 4 and 5. It looks like a taller version of the Modern Highrise Condo 75m released on 12 Nov. Are you going to share it on the workshop?

You mean you can't convert it to rico? I never made a rico version. The name of the asset is same "1900s american lowrise"
