can you make the track have any capacity? Because this, even at the maximum, is multiplied by very little.

Is it possible to add the buffers (prellböcke) as assets? It was possible to place them as assets in TpF1 but not here, the community of TpF2 cannot have lived for 5 years without being able to place them as assets.

Great mod, but it's dissapointing that it is not possible to modify station in a way that some tracks will be electrified and some not. Could you add this feature? Thanks in advance

Is this thing for making passenger- and cargo stations in one line ? Is there some sort of tutorial for that (in English, as I don't understand German). I want to build a passenger station were I can use a train with mail-cars on the end and pick up passengers and mail from the same station...Does anybody know how that is possible ?

Sehr interessante Mod, aber Steam zeigt, dass es 0 B ist, und ich kann sie nicht aus dem Menü auswählen.
Very interesting mod, but Steam shows that it's 0 B, and I can't select it from the menu.

I'm loving your mod but is there a way to enable a 140m long passenger platform? 120m is too short and 160 is too long asI tend to use it as a reversible way point and 133m long passenger trains (London Tube stock), as double crossovers can be a pain at times and it keeps my traffic flowing in one direction.

Not sure if intentional but when placing the depot and attaching a track section to the end the game will crash.

This mod is very helpful. It is compatible with other track mods, and is great for making realistic freight yards as well as stations that need to be as compact as possible.

带带代 - I have this same problem with just vanilla TPF2.
If my train is the exact length of my station, not all wagons will fit in the station.

Excellent mod,but there's still a problem.While I set the length of the track at 1,000 m, my 1,000m train will not stop in the front of the tracks, and some wagons cannot stop in the station.This problem have not appeared before the update in Apr. 24th.

Version 2.34 (steam 1.34):
- Added: Capacity increase up to factor 20.
- Added: Curved stations possible, whereby left and right side can also be set separately.
- Added: Spaces between tracks possible, e.g. for the construction of goods sheds or similar between the tracks.
- Added: Integration of the 3 buffer stops of the NEP, if installed.
- Changed: Track selection without CommonAPI being activated/installed.
- Added: Curved depots possible.
- Changed: The depot's touch point is now no longer in the middle but on the side, which simplifies the search for the "snapping" side.

Hi mate. this is a great mod and i enjoy it a lot. However the capacity of the station really hinders its use a lot. This is very useful for creating freight yards or import/export portals, but with its very low capacity it can only hold 2-300 goods.
Can you please add a 10000 cargo capacity option to the station? That would help a lot with designing large freight yards.

Wenn ich einen Zug in die Spitzkehre einfahren lassen möchte, hab ich die Fehlermeldung es wäre keine Oberleitung vorhanden.
Die Einstellung für die Oberleitung ist aber aktiviert ...

Very good module! But there is a problem. There are too few goods stored in the station. It can't make my 500 meter long train run effectively

I would use this mod a lot more but a huge station can only hold a couple hundred units of stuff each train I have holds more than the whole station does lol.

Go to directory workshop/content/1066780/1920437817/res/models/model/station/train.
Edit files eat1963_cargolane.mdl, eat1963_linkablelane.mdl (I don't need it for passenger, and no idea for depot).
You will see:

Last number of each line is the capacity. I raised it to 100 in my files.

There are limitations though:

+ Cargo keeps being lost from the 3rd different cargo types. Last spring update encouraging using central dispatch stations, working fine with other stations. I wish I knew how to solve that. If anybody has an idea?

+ Although still theoretic, I lately figured out that: stored cargo is rendered hidden underground. So, if the terrain not too far from the station is lower than the station, then by increasing the lane width, some of the hidden cargo can be revealed.

Mod gives a Marshalling Yard facility to the game. Short trip freight trains to and from the yard make it much easier to put return loads on longer distance trains. For English players, do not be put off by references to 'zig-zag'. Strongly recommended.

Hi, do you know why a 1000m cargo railway zig zag holds less than a standard 720m train platform? (less than 500 for Zig zag, 720+ for standard platform)
Maximum I could do was 620 with overflowing and it doesn't go above, whereas with a standard platform I could go over 950.

I think it is possible, but I am not at all interested in railroad stations.
If you want to try it, you are welcome to do so. If it works, I can also put it into the mod.

I just tested the current version again, I can still choose between standard and high speed track.
I also don't know anything about an update.

Hi Grimes Thank you for this mod. I understand it's intended uses and limitations, I have discovered that it enables both an excellent shunting yard and receiving station as a bonus!.
Is it possible that this mod could have a slope function added as is available for vanilla stations?
I'm not a modder but would attempt to do it myself if you said it was possible but you didn't want the task.

Love this mod andbhave been using it since the beginning. However I reckon recently that we no longer able to choose the custom track for the station , whoch I remember I could do it before the update a week ago. Will that be update so that we can choose our track?

As already written, this mod uses the station principle from TpF1.
The hairpin bend is NOT modular like stations in TpF2.
The hairpin bend is used to simulate parking areas for trains, these "stations" have no capacity and this will not be changed.
They don't even have a road connection at standard settings.
If you need a real station, you have to use a standard station, or a regular station mod
