The upper office that appear in the first image has a bug, everytime i enter there i cant get out, its like once i get in the room, 2 invisible doors trigger and traps me inside, i have to reset or activate the noclip to get out there

I also notice a square hole under the door on the rooftop, next to the yellow helicopter. Was that originally there or an mapping error?
